-Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to your appointment. -A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 48hrs to your appointment. LATE ARRIVAL -All clients have a grace period of 15min. -If you are late to your appointment by 15min your appointment will be cancelled. you will need to re-book and your deposit will be forfeited.
